Travel: Extensive travel across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Surat & Rajkot as required, Once in Month Rajasthan

About the Role :-

We are looking for an Area Manager – Clinic Operations to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and performance of Allo Health clinics across Gujarat.

The role requires a hands-on and highly mobile leader who can independently manage multiple clinics, coordinate with doctors and clinic teams, ensure excellent patient experience, and drive operational and business performance.

Extensive intercity travel will be required whenever the business demands.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Take end-to-end ownership of clinic operations across Gujarat.
• Manage clinics across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot.
• Travel extensively across assigned locations based on business requirements.
• Monitor clinic performance, revenue, conversions, patient bookings and operational KPIs.
• Lead and manage PRMs and clinic teams across locations.
• Coordinate closely with doctors regarding availability, schedules and clinic requirements.
• Ensure excellent patient/customer experience at all clinics.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of patient and operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to Allo Health SOPs, processes and service standards.
• Monitor clinic infrastructure, hygiene, branding and overall readiness.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with central teams including HR, Finance, Marketing, Technology and Operations.
• Prepare and share regular performance and operational reports.
• Support new clinic launches and expansion initiatives.
• Drive process improvement and ensure consistent execution across all clinics.
• Be hands-on with problem solving and take complete ownership of assigned locations.

Candidate Requirements :-

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare/clinic operations, retail, hospitality, customer experience or a similar operational role preferred.
• Gujarati language proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
• Excellent hands-on computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, email and reporting tools.
• Comfortable with extensive intercity travel across Gujarat.
• Strong people-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Confident in interacting with patients, doctors and internal teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clinics and priorities simultaneously.
• High ownership, accountability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be proactive and comfortable working independently.

• Regular guidance during the initial period.

Freshers may be considered only if they demonstrate exceptional communication skills, Gujarati proficiency, strong computer knowledge, high ownership and a willingness to travel extensively.
