Summary
Position Summary
The Enterprise Operations Xcellence Transformation and Optimization (ETO) Manager leads the execution of assigned projects that may span diverse process areas, deliver initiatives and outcomes, and manage stakeholders. The role supports senior leaders in redesigning and reimagining workflows within the assigned process area, including the evaluation of relevant technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools where appropriate. It also drives process improvement within the assigned area and applies financial and business case analysis to help ensure that redesigned processes are effective and cost optimized.
This role owns day-to-day project management for assigned initiatives, including planning, task assignment, and coordination of cross-functional contributors, and is expected to exercise strong judgment and task ownership within its scope. The candidate is accountable for the quality, pace, and outcomes of their assigned initiatives within the process area.

Enterprise Operations Xcellence (EOX) focuses on improving operational effectiveness, driving transformation execution, and enabling scalable, consistent, and high-quality outcomes across the organization. The team works across process areas to strengthen governance, improve delivery discipline, and embed more efficient ways of working, including AI-enabled support for reporting, risk visibility, action management, communications, training, and adoption.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Project on the Enterprise Operations Xcellence (EOX) team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading execution of transformation initiatives across assigned projects from design through prototyping, implementation, and stabilization.
- Redesigning workflows within the assigned process area, including evaluation and operationalization of automation and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
- Managing day-to-day project execution, including planning, task assignment, coordination of cross-functional contributors, and guidance to junior staff.
- Driving stakeholder engagement, communications, governance routines, reporting, and escalation of risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Conducting process improvement, change adoption, and financial analysis activities to support measurable, cost-optimized outcomes.

Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Technology, Organizational Change, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, enterprise operations, organizational change management, operating model transformation, program leadership, or strategic business operations
- Experience leading transformation, process improvement, or enterprise operations initiatives
- Experience managing project plans, task assignments, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience conducting financial analysis or cost-benefit analysis to support business cases
- Experience evaluating or implementing digital, automation, or artificial intelligence-enabled tools in process transformation environments
- Experience supporting workflow redesign within complex operational environments
- Experience partnering with technical teams to translate business use cases into workable solutions
- Experience leading adoption activities, including training, communications, and readiness planning
- Experience applying governance routines, delivery standards, and reporting cadences across initiatives
