Eligibility/Qualifications/ Experience : BE/Btech Electrical / Mechanical Min 5 years’ experience in W/H manufacturing Industry

KEY Responsibilities

• Assembly line design & Set up
• Time Study ,kit break, Line Balancing & TAKT time
• Knowledge of W/H Manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan.
• Preparation of plant layout as per the manufacturing sequence.
• Calculation of standard time based on the customer data
• Support Manufacturing to achieve target efficiency
• Implementation of ECN
• Implementation of New Projects
• Release wire Length
• Board Release
• Line Release
• Spare & Prototype building
• Operating System (SOS,WAM ,TMS & WCT ) Implementation
• Support APQP
