Role Description

The Lead Supply Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply planning for Wild Republic’s product portfolio. This role manages demand forecasts, inventory targets, and replenishment strategies to ensure product availability across global channels while minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing sales trends, coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams, and maintaining accurate planning data in relevant systems. The Lead Supply Planner also collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to support new product launches, resolve supply issues, and improve planning processes and KPIs. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong supply chain planning and inventory management skills, with experience in demand forecasting and replenishment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, ERP or MRP systems, and planning software.
• Solid understanding of procurement, production scheduling, and logistics coordination in a manufacturing or consumer products environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders across operations, sales, and finance.
• Experience leading or mentoring planning teams, driving process improvements, and managing planning-related KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
• Interest in sustainability and alignment with Wild Republic’s mission and values is strongly preferred.
