Supervisor- Finishing

ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking for an experienced Finishing Supervisor to lead and control all finishing works across our residential high-rise and annexe building projects, instructing both the internal construction team and subcontractors to deliver high-quality output on schedule. KRA(s): - Supervise all finishing works at every stage: blockwork, plastering, painting, tiling, stone flooring & cladding, waterproofing, internal wall treatments, woodwork, metalwork, and related finishing activities - Oversee high-end floor finishes, joinery work, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall cladding, and interior works - Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately - Manage installation of electrical fixtures, sanitary fittings, and doors/windows - Monitor project timelines and ensure finishing works are completed within the scheduled timeline Requirements Essential: - Minimum 8 years of experience supervising finishing works on residential high-rise or annexe building projects - This is a purely experience-based role; no specific formal qualification is required - Comprehensive technical knowledge across all finishing activities listed above - Demonstrated ability to control and direct subcontractors for productivity - Strong drawing-reading skills across architectural, structural, and MEP documentation Preferred (Added Advantage): - Working knowledge of Aluform shuttering systems Benefits EPF, ESIC, Health Benefits, Yearly Bonus, Yearly PMS (Performance Appraisal), and Leave Encashment, in addition to fixed statutory compliances.
