Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IoT Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end IoT projects involving hardware, embedded systems, connectivity, cloud platforms, and software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills along with a good understanding of IoT technologies and cross-functional team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver IoT projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with hardware, firmware, software, cloud, QA, and other technical teams.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and key updates to stakeholders.
• Manage client communication and ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Coordinate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
• Monitor project budgets, resources, timelines, and overall delivery.
• Ensure proper documentation of project plans, requirements, technical decisions, and deliverables.
• Identify project dependencies and proactively manage potential delays or blockers.
• Ensure projects meet quality, security, and performance expectations.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of overall experience with relevant experience in IoT project management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IoT/technology projects.
• Strong understanding of IoT architecture and connected-device ecosystems.
• Good understanding of sensors, gateways, embedded systems, connectivity, APIs, MQTT, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or similar cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certification is an advantage.
• Experience working with industrial IoT, smart devices, automation, or connected products will be an added advantage.
