Experience: 7 to 15+ Years Salary: ₹28 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Solar Energy / Renewable Energy About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Sales to lead sales operations, manage sales teams, develop market strategies, achieve revenue targets, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop sales strategies and expand market presence
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals
• Manage key clients and business relationships
• Track sales performance, pipeline, and revenue
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in field sales
• Strong experience in sales leadership and team management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Strong business development and market expansion experience
• Willingness to travel as required
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical, construction, real estate, or related industries will be preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
