About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and self-driven QA professional with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and delivering both business and technical value in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Testing
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed
• Ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision
• Intermediate SQL knowledge, including the ability to write queries independently
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Proven ability to deliver both business and technical value
• Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance products, specially forms validation
• Understanding of migration projects, and different product lines.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Experience with test automation
• Guidewire experience or knowledge
