Operation Head

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• As Operations Head, the candidate would be heading the complete factory / manufacturing unit and responsible for the entire factory operations.
• Ensure smooth production and order fulfilment, maintaining product quality and service quality, manufacturing costs, productivity etc.
  
  

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Candidate should possess good communication and analytical skills
• Have excellent leadership qualities.
• Experience in the Optical industry / Lens manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Hands on production experience and familiar with quality management systems.
  
  

Education

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial / Instrumentation from a reputed University. M.B.A would be an added advantage.

Experience

• Overall work experience of 20 to 30 years
• Must have 7 to 10 years of experience heading a small / mid-sized manufacturing operations of at least 300 people.
• Digitally engaged
