Job Overview

Samyak Equipments Pvt. Ltd., a leading supplier of tools, equipment, machinery, and consumables to the jewellery manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, India. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients throughout the region. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a passion for the jewellery industry and a talent for building lasting client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with jewellery manufacturers, dealers, and other industry professionals.
• Present, promote, and sell our comprehensive range of products, including casting tools, wax-related products, and other manufacturing equipment, to prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly articulate the technical benefits and value of our solutions.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations to meet their specific manufacturing needs.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the designated schedule.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends, providing management with feedback on market conditions and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or in a similar B2B sales role.
• Experience within the jewellery manufacturing or industrial equipment sector, tools, machinery is highly desirable.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM practices is an advantage.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
