Job Title : Analyst – Graphic Designer

Reporting to : Associate Process Manager - Operations

Work Description/ Responsibilities:

Personiv an eClerx company is hiring for Analyst An ideal candidate must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.

• Must have good knowledge in Indesign and Photoshop.
• Co-ordinating with the team and creating the manual inserts for Catalog.
• Taking the updates from the team leader and executing the updates.
• Supporting the team in preparation of sending final catalog files to printer.
• Handling the customer's escalation and quickly fulfilling the requirements.
• Maintaining Extraordinary quality to meet the internal and external SLA expectations.
• Meeting the highest performance matrix level.
