Job Title: Graphic Designer (InDesign Expert) 

Location: Remote/Work from home (Must be comfortable working Canadian shift I.e. 7.30 P.M to 3.30 A.M Indian Standard Time)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Description:

We are looking for an In-House Graphic Designer with expertise in Adobe InDesign to create marketing materials for real estate professionals. This is NOT a highly creative role—your primary responsibility will be to follow instructions from realtors to develop materials like feature sheets, brochures, flyers, and business cards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design feature sheets, brochures, flyers, and business cards based on realtor-provided guidelines.

- Work primarily in Adobe InDesign and use Illustrator & Photoshop for basic photo editing.

- Attend Zoom calls with realtors to understand design instructions and make necessary revisions.

- Deliver high-quality work quickly while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

- Maintain consistency in branding and layout across all materials.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (Must-have).

- Knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop (for edits and adjustments).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

- Comfortable communicating with realtors via Zoom for design discussions.

- Must be willing to work Monday to Friday during Canadian shift hours (If you're not comfortable, please do not apply).

- Prior experience in real estate marketing materials is a plus but not required.
