Engineering Head

Engineering Manager – Technology (AI-First) will lead Dentalkart's engineering team, overseeing software delivery, system architecture, AI adoption, engineering excellence, and team development. The role is responsible for scaling high-traffic e-commerce platforms, integrating AI into engineering and products, ensuring platform security and compliance, and driving collaboration across Product, Operations, and Leadership.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of software engineering experience, including 2–3 years in an engineering leadership role.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience building and scaling high-traffic e-commerce platforms.
• Strong expertise in React, React Native, Node.js, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), DevOps, and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, AI coding assistants, and ML integration.
• Knowledge of Agile, Jira, CI/CD, secure SDLC, DPDP Act 2023, and PCI-DSS.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
