What You'll Do

Drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies.

Manage hiring for Sales, Pre-Sales, Cloud, and technical roles.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.

Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize hiring performance.

What We're Looking For

️ 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.

️ Strong expertise in hiring for Sales and Technology roles.

️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global work environment.

️ Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and professional networking sites.
