Job Title: Head / Team Leader – Training (Injection Molding Business)

Location: Ahmedabad, or as per business requirements

Department: Technical Training / Sales Enablement / Customer Success

Job Summary: Build, lead, and scale a structured training function for internal teams and customers, focusing on technical excellence, customer capability, and commercialization of training programs in injection molding and plastics processing.

Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Polymer Engineering; MBA preferred

Experience: 10+ years in the injection molding industry, with proven leadership exposure

Managerial Skills

Proven experience in the following areas:

• Training and capability development
• Revenue generation and business development
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machines and processes
• Knowledge of plastic processing technologies, including extrusion and blow molding, will be an added advantage
• Commercial understanding with the ability to support revenue growth
• Functional Skills:
• Program and project management, including scheduling and Gantt chart planning
• Strong techno-commercial acumen
• Development of technical and commercial training content
• Business planning with a focus on revenue generation
• Behavioral Competencies:
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strategic mindset with a strong execution focus
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement training strategies, frameworks, and certification pathways
• Deliver technical training to Sales & Service teams; track effectiveness
• Design and conduct customer training (onsite, workshops, webinars)
• Develop technical & sales enablement content (manuals, videos, SOPs, etc.)
• Build and monetize training programs (certifications, paid workshops, annual plans)
• Collaborating with Sales, Service, and Marketing for program execution and revenue growth
• Manage training schedules, resources, and delivery quality

• Year-on-year growth of the training function
• Number of Paid training programs.
• Customer participation levels and feedback scores
• Sales & Service teams capability improvement
• Quality and output of training content
