Presales Executive

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and target-oriented Presales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective users over calls, understanding their needs, introducing them to iMumz’s TTC programs, and helping them take the next step in their fertility journey.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective users and leads.
• Understand user requirements and recommend relevant iMumz TTC programs based on their needs.
• Clearly explain program benefits, features, pricing, and the overall user journey.
• Build trust and rapport with users through empathetic and effective communication.
• Follow up consistently with interested leads and convert them into paying users.
• Handle questions, objections, and concerns confidently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records using CRM tools.
• Meet assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
• Share user feedback and common objections with the sales, product, and content teams.
• Work closely with the customer support and community teams to ensure a smooth handover and user experience.
  
  

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0–3 years of experience in presales, telesales, inside sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in Telugu and Hindi — mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Comfortable making multiple calls every day and having extended conversations with users.
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections and follow-ups.
• Strong listening skills with an empathetic and patient approach.
• Target-oriented and motivated by achieving conversions.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, mobile apps, and communication tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Nice to have: Experience in healthcare, wellness, fertility, women's health, or a startup environment.
