Security Administrator (f/m/x)

Join Sii as a PSIRT & Vulnerability Disclosure Specialist and play a key role in coordinating vulnerability disclosure activities across global products and services. In this position, you will work closely with security researchers, customers, vendors, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure vulnerabilities are evaluated, communicated, and resolved effectively. You will support Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) operations, manage coordinated vulnerability disclosures, and contribute to improving security processes within an international and multicultural environment. Your tasks

• Coordinating vulnerability disclosure activities between external researchers, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Managing and tracking security vulnerabilities throughout the disclosure and remediation lifecycle
• Reviewing, assessing, and prioritizing reported vulnerabilities in collaboration with security and engineering teams
• Drafting and publishing security advisories, vulnerability notifications, and technical communications
• Collaborating with product, engineering, legal, communications, and support teams to ensure timely resolution of security issues
• Maintaining PSIRT processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvements in vulnerability handling
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, PSIRT, CERT/CSIRT, vulnerability management, or incident response functions
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability disclosure frameworks and standards, including CVE, CVSS, CWE, CISA Advisories, ISO 29147, and ISO 30111
• Experience coordinating vulnerability disclosures and working with external security researchers and customers
• Hands-on experience using vulnerability tracking and workflow management tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple disclosures simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with confidence in representing the PSIRT function independently in a global environment
