Team Leader

Should have work experience in Automotive industry (preferably welding industry).
Should have worked in Production function
Should possess good knowledge in Production planning and Execution
Conversant in Lean manufacturing and People management.
Conversant in 4M and Inventory Management.
Conversant in cycle time study, line balancing and Process Improvements.
Robot, MIG & TIG welding knowledge is essential.
Identification and implementation of productivity improvements.
Application of problem-solving tools like 7QC tools, QC story, 8D approach, etc.
Exposure in SAP PP module, IATF16949, TPM & Should possess good communication skills
