Salary range: Up to 8 LPA (Negotiable with relevant experience) + Performance Incentives

• Engage with US clients to understand hiring needs.

Recruitment & Delivery

• Source and screen candidates using job portals like Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and ATS.
• Understand role requirements for industries like Banking, Finance, Securities, Insurance, Legal, Engineering, Construction, Automotive, Healthcare etc.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and assess cultural and role fit.
• Manage interview coordination, client feedback, and offer negotiations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent recruitment experience).
• Familiarity with US sourcing platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a structured environment.
