About The Role

We are looking for a talented Technical Content Writer with 2-3 years of experience to create high-quality, engaging, and informative content related to technology, software solutions, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for various audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and proofread technical and non-technical content.
• Create blogs, articles, case studies, website content, whitepapers, eBooks, and product documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams, developers, consultants, and SMEs to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Produce content related to Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, data analytics, AI, software development, and enterprise applications.
• Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across all content.
• Conduct research on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
• Update and improve existing content based on changing business requirements.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in technical content writing, content marketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into easy-to-understand content.
• Experience writing for technology, software, SaaS, cloud, data analytics, or IT services domains.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
• Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing content for Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, Copilot, etc.).
• Basic understanding of AI, cloud computing, analytics, and enterprise software solutions.
• Knowledge of tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, and AI writing assistants.
