AI-Native GTM / Product Marketing Operator

About Facilio

Facilio is the agentic platform transforming how large buildings manage their physical operations. We are the AI-native operating layer for buildings on a mission to make buildings operationally efficient.

Today, 150+ enterprise customers across hospitals, universities, retail chains, landmark venues and large real estate portfolios use Facilio to drive cost efficiency, service quality, compliance and operational performance.

With a growing presence across the US, UK, Middle East and Australia, Facilio is backed by leading global investors including Accel, Tiger Global, Dragoneer and Brookfield Growth.

We aim to bring agentic AI to the physical world — moving enterprise operations from systems that record and manage work to intelligent systems that understand, decide and act.

Build the next generation of GTM at Facilio.

At Facilio, we're building an AI-first enterprise SaaS platform for teams that run physical operations. As AI changes how products are built, sold and marketed, we’re rethinking what a modern marketing team should look like too.

We're looking for someone early in their career who understands Product Marketing but thinks beyond traditional marketing execution.

The old model:

Marketer → thinks of an idea → uses AI → creates the asset → distributes it

The model we're building:

Understand the GTM objective → identify what needs to happen → orchestrate AI agents + existing systems → review & steer the output → learn from the result → improve the system.

This role builds and owns that shift for the PMM function. Think of it as a GTM engineer's systems fluency, aimed specifically at product marketing judgment.

What you'll do

  • Understand our products, customers, ICPs and GTM motions deeply enough to identify what marketing should actually do — not just execute briefs.
  • Take existing PMM workflows (case studies, social posts, enablement docs, battlecards, email sequences) and rebuild them as connected mini-agents — triggered by real events in our systems, not by someone opening a chat and typing a brief
  • Define what each agent should draft autonomously vs. where it must stop and hand off to a human — this is a marketing judgment call, not just a technical guardrail
  • Use AI not just to create content, but to identify opportunities, generate ideas, make recommendations and trigger the next action.
  • Review and QA agent output against real marketing standards: does this case study lead with the right proof point for this funnel stage? Does this battlecard actually counter the objection or just restate our positioning?
  • Build systems that can take something like a product update or customer signal and determine what messaging, content, enablement or GTM action should follow.
  • Bring strong judgement to the output: what is worth saying, who should hear it, when, through which channel, and why.
  • Continuously measure what works and improve the underlying workflow, agent or system — not just the individual output.

What you'll need to bring

1. PMM fundamentals

You understand positioning, messaging, ICPs, personas, buyer journeys, content, launches, customer stories and sales enablement — and know what good looks like.

2. GTM judgement

You can look at a product, customer or market signal and figure out what should happen next. You understand that the same story, proof point or message won't work equally well across every persona or funnel stage.

3. AI / agent orchestration

You don't just ask Claude or ChatGPT to write faster. You instinctively ask: Can this workflow be automated? Can an agent do this? What context should it have? What systems should it connect to? Where should a human stay in the loop?

4. Systems thinking

You enjoy breaking messy, repetitive workflows into inputs, decisions, actions and feedback loops — and turning them into scalable systems.

5. Execution ownership

You're still a doer. You can take an idea from problem → system → output → measurement, rather than waiting for someone else to define the work for you.

Who this is for

  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, GTM, growth or a closely related role.
  • Someone who is curious about how things work and obsessed with making them better.
  • Someone who experiments with AI tools and wants to go beyond prompting into building workflows, agents and systems.
  • Someone who can move between customer thinking, product understanding, marketing judgement and technology.
  • Someone who would rather build a system that eliminates 10 hours of recurring work than become really good at doing those 10 hours.

What this role is NOT

  • Not a content writer who occasionally uses AI tools
  • Not a pure automation/RevOps builder with no marketing instinct
  • Not someone who needs an idea handed to them before they can execute — the whole point is they (and their agents) originate ideas
