CAD Engineer - Hydraulics

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize wiring harness designs using UGNX software to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wiring harness designs into overall tractor manufacturing processes.
• Conduct detailed analysis and simulations of wiring harness designs to identify potential issues and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for wiring harness designs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss design progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Support the troubleshooting and resolution of wiring harness-related issues during the manufacturing process.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and support staff on wiring harness design best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CAD software and wiring harness design techniques.
• Contribute to the development of new wiring harness design methodologies and tools.
• Ensure all designs meet safety and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Qualification Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in CAD software, particularly UGNX, for wiring harness design.
• Strong understanding of electrical and electronics (E&E) principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with wiring harness design in the agricultural or automotive industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
