Overview:

The Project Manager leads end-to-end SaaS customer implementations, serving as the single point of contact responsible for both technical solution delivery and project governance for commercial and mid-market engagements. We currently have 9 open positions for this role, supporting client onboarding from initial discovery through deployment and change management.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, management consulting, customer success, or SaaS implementation roles.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise SaaS implementation projects end-to-end.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude to learn SaaS product architecture and conduct basic technical configurations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience communicating across business, technical, and executive levels.
• Experience in leading initiatives with cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent engagements.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., FinancialForce, Jira, Confluence, iCIMS).
• PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  
  

What you’ll be doing:

• End-to-End Delivery Management: Manage a dynamic portfolio of 10-20 concurrent customer implementations, maintaining high work quality, adherence to schedules, and customer satisfaction.
• Consulting & Solutioning: Facilitate discovery workshops to understand business workflows, document requirements, and prescribe optimal platform configurations.
• Hands-On Technical Configuration: Perform platform configuration, content taxonomy structuring, and low-complexity technical setups (including SSO, sFTP, SMTP, user provisioning, and standard package modules).
• Project Governance & Tracking: Maintain detailed project plans, track billable utilization and milestone completion, manage scope change orders, and issue weekly status reports.
• Risk Management & Stakeholder Alignment: Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate implementation risks, maintaining positive relationships with executive sponsors and project stakeholders.
• Training & Enablement: Facilitate client enablement sessions (virtual and onsite) to ensure effective user adoption and smooth handoff to Customer Success.
