Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shift (Including Night Shifts)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Invoicing Operations - to manage a team of 10-15 associates and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Invoicing Operations, team management, stakeholder coordination, and KPI delivery within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 10-15 associates.
Ensure achievement of operational KPIs including Productivity, Quality, CSAT, AHT, Resolution, and Attendance.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.
Handle clients and process escalations effectively.
Collaborate with Quality, MIS, and other support functions for process improvements.
Drive employee engagement, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Monitor team performance and prepare operational reports.
Mentor new hires and support their onboarding and development.
Manage operational tickets and business-critical activities as required.

Eligibility

Hands-on experience in Invoicing/Billing processes is mandatory.
Willingness to work from Hyderabad office in a 24x7 shift environment.
