Executive, Fulfillment

About the Role:

As a Fulfillment Executive in our dynamic logistic marketplace, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the flow of goods and services within our network. Your primary focus will be on managing transportation logistics, ensuring efficient routing, and maximizing the utilization of available resources to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Place a minimum of 4 trucks per day by coordinating with fleet owners and suppliers.
• Make outbound calls to generate truck availability and fulfill business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners and transport suppliers.
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle placement as per operational requirements.
• Update all interactions, leads, and placement details accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Track daily activities and ensure timely updates of all records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of truck placements.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Graduate or Undergraduate.
• 0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Logistics, Freight, Transportation, or Customer Support

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
