About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Stock Audit and Inventory Controller to join a dynamic operations team. In this mid-level role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, conducting regular cycle counts and full inventory audits, and investigating discrepancies between physical stock and system data. You will work closely with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to ensure inventory accuracy across all locations, supporting smooth day-to-day operations and informed business decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring three to five years of hands-on experience in inventory control or stock management, with a strong understanding of audit processes, stock reconciliation, and ERP or inventory management systems. You should be detail-oriented, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is critical. Experience in retail, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution is advantageous. You will play a key role in identifying process inefficiencies, reducing stock loss, and implementing improvements that strengthen overall inventory integrity.
