Shaanks is a creative production agency for DTC brands in skincare, supplements, food and fashion. We make 30 to 40 ad creatives a month for each brand, for clients in India, the US and the UK.

Right now our founders decide what those ads should say. We want someone to take that over and run the ads as well.

What you'll do

• Go through a brand's Meta Ads Library and their competitors' ads, and work out what's working and what's missing

• Pick the angles and hooks, then write briefs our designers and editors can build from

• Run Meta campaigns for our DTC clients: launch tests, read the numbers, scale the winners and cut the rest

• Tell us which creatives won and why, so the next batch is better

• Help on Google and TikTok when a client asks for it

What we're looking for

• 2 to 3 years running paid ads yourself. Meta is a must

• DTC or e-commerce brands on your CV, not only lead gen or B2B

• You can explain in plain words why an ad worked

• Google Ads or TikTok Ads experience is a big plus

• You already use AI tools in your daily work

Must-haves

• A portfolio: case studies, ad results or ads you planned. DTC work preferred. Without one we can't review you

• Full-time only. No students, interns or part-time

• You can join soon

• You'll do a 72-hour test task if shortlisted
