At IT Services, we are passionate about modern technologies. Our Mobile Solutions team is continuously expanding. We are looking for an Android Mobile Developer. In our diverse environment you can always grow depending on your qualification level.
We are working in an agile way. This means that our teams are completely product oriented, have end to end responsibility both for the product in development and in production. The same people not only take care of the application, but also of the business side of the product. The everyday work is typically organized using agile frameworks.

As an Android Mobile Developer, you must have extensive mobile application development expertise and strong knowledge of modern Android technologies and architecture patterns.
As a technology enthusiast, you have a solid understanding of Kotlin, Compose, MVVM architecture, and Android application lifecycle management. You are experienced in building reliable, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications integrated with backend services. You work independently, prioritize effectively, and stay organized under time and workload pressure. In our multinational environment, cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe is part of everyday work, making advanced spoken and written English essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications for the German logistics market.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to understand requirements and contribute to technical solution design.
- Implement user stories in line with business and technical requirements.
- Ensure adherence to security, quality, and coding standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Design and implement automated unit, component, and UI tests to support application quality and stability.
- Participate in code reviews and perform manual testing as required.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix application defects and production issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, code quality, and team collaboration
- More than 4 years of hands-on experience in native Android application development.
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin programming language.
- Experience working with Android components such as ViewModel, LiveData, and Navigation Component.
- Familiarity with Data Binding and MVVM architecture.
- Experience building responsive user interfaces using Compose.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON-based integrations.
- Experience of using networking libraries such as Retrofit.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming using Kotlin Coroutines.
- Experience with Unit Testing.
- Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with IoT technologies such as BLE and NFC is an advantage.
- Located in Chennai.

- High degree of flexibility and commitment, with a strong willingness to support the team proactively
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
