E-Commerce Growth Executive

About The Role

We're hiring a growth-hacker-first E-Commerce Growth Executive to own and scale Quick Sense's revenue on Amazon and Flipkart. Your mission is profitable, month-over-month GMV growth — you'll uncover untapped opportunities, sharpen our listings and ads, and turn marketplace traffic into orders for products used by lakhs of customers across India.

What you'll do

• Deliver consistent month-over-month GMV growth by identifying untapped sales opportunities.
• Monitor competitor pricing daily and run dynamic pricing to hold the Buy Box and protect margins.
• Lift click-to-purchase conversion through A/B testing of titles, hero images, and A+ Content.
• Manage and scale Amazon Sponsored Products/Brands/Display and Flipkart PLA/PCA at a healthy ACoS/TACoS.
• Own the promotions calendar — Lightning Deals, coupons, and event spikes like Big Billion Days and Prime Day.
• Coordinate FBA/FBF inventory, claims, and reimbursements to prevent stock-outs and revenue leakage.
  
  

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years growing brands on Amazon and/or Flipkart Seller Central.
• Hands-on with marketplace PPC and a strong grasp of ACoS, TACoS, BSR, and Buy Box mechanics.
• Proficiency with growth tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Sellerboard.
• Data-driven, profit-focused mindset with sharp attention to detail.
• Graduate in any discipline; strong Excel skills.

• Experience selling electronics, lighting, or smart-home products online.
• Knowledge of listing SEO and hijacker/Buy-Box protection tools.
• Familiarity with profitability tools (Sellerboard/Rekonsile) and payment reconciliation.
