The Enterprise as a Service (EaaS) team within Artificial Intelligence & Engineering supports the delivery and ongoing operations of technology-enabled services. The team brings together operational, engineering, and artificial intelligence capabilities to help enhance workflows, scale solutions, and support consistent service delivery. Team members collaborate across functions to coordinate priorities, resolve operational needs, and drive continuous improvement.
Location: Hyderabad or Chennai
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, or 6 PM to 3 AM

- Lead multiple testing programs, accounts, or strategic delivery portfolios.
- Define quality engineering strategy aligned to client business objectives.
- Establish governance forums, performance metrics, escalation processes, and operating rhythms.
- Manage senior client relationships and facilitate executive decision-making.
- Oversee delivery health, financial performance, resource utilization, and quality outcomes.
- Lead resolution of major delivery risks, quality issues, and stakeholder concerns.
- Drive standardization, innovation, automation, and productivity improvements.
- Develop senior talent and build leadership pipelines.
- Support account planning, proposals, estimates, and expansion opportunities.
- Contribute to practice assets, methodologies, thought leadership, and market offerings.
- Ensure adherence to professional, client, and organizational quality standards.

Qualifications
Required :
- 13+ years of experience in testing, QA, quality engineering, or technology delivery.
- Demonstrated experience managing large or complex client engagements.
- Strong portfolio, program, financial, resource, and risk-management capability.
- Experience engaging with senior client executives and technology leadership.
- Strong understanding of testing operating models and delivery governance.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and continuous improvement.
- Strong commercial, strategic, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across clients, teams, and initiatives.
- Experience managing multi-account or multi-industry testing portfolios.
- Experience with managed services, outsourcing, or global delivery models.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide QA transformation.
- Strong proposal, sales, and relationship-development experience.
