Job Description

Lead end-to-end hospital operations including clinical support, administration, and facility management

Own and manage Profit & Loss (P&L), budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization

Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and margin improvement

Implement and monitor KPIs, SOPs, and quality standards across departments

Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and accreditation requirements

Improve patient experience, service quality, and operational turnaround time

Collaborate with Medical Director, CFO, and department heads for strategic execution

Support hospital expansion, new services, and scalability initiatives

Prepare and present operational and financial reports to management and board
