Responsibilities

Job Description

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to customers accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding customers on medication usage as per the pharmacist's direction.
• Manage inventory by restocking shelves, checking for expired products, and ordering supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and manage billing processes.
• Support the pharmacy team in compiling and maintaining patient records and documentation.
• Stay updated with new medications, formulations, and pharmacy practices to provide knowledgeable service.
