Customer Executive

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Officer / Customer Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors and salespeople, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor order processing, and ensure timely delivery coordination (primary and secondary).
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
• Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate- B.Com/ BBA preferred
• MBA (preferred, not mandatory)
