Hiring: Technical Trainer

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our team in Erode and deliver technical training to college students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical training sessions for students.
• Explain programming concepts through practical examples and coding exercises.
• Train students in programming, problem-solving, and Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Mentor students and support their technical skill development.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of C, C++, Java, Python, and DSA
• Good programming and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively train and engage college students
• Prior experience in technical training/teaching is an added advantage.
