Responsibilities

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring high-quality medical management and patient safety.
• Perform thorough assessments and diagnoses of critically ill patients, utilizing hemodynamic monitoring and advanced diagnostic techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, promoting optimal health outcomes.
• Manage and operate ventilators and other life-support systems, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet patient requirements.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts, providing advanced cardiac life support and other emergency interventions to stabilize patients.
• Conduct invasive procedures, such as central line placements and arterial line insertions, with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with medical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest advancements in critical care management and emergency response techniques.
