Quality Inspector & Supplier Coordinator Engineer

Responsibilities

The Quality Inspector & Supplier Coordinator Engineer will be responsible to:

• Process Dock Audits
• Process PPAP documents
• Track and manage supplier cycle times when requested.
• Provide video reviews of new suppliers when required.
• Inspect PPAP samples.
• Inspect Production parts per AQL
• Review documents and revert back to supplier when corrections needed.
• 8D capability and application if needed.
• Provide technical support as needed to supplier.
• Work with supplier to build Gantt charts and robust Control Plans
• Join Teams meetings as required.
• Report daily supplier activity to Bangalore office.
• Perform supplier and process audits as required in local area
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineer degree
• 1-4 years’ experience/training with metrology equipment such as CMM, height gauge, profilometer, mics, etc.
• Mini-tab experience preferred
• Quality Inspection experience required
• Willing to travel
