Job Brief:- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Sales team at AU Small Finance Bank Limited as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products. This role demands a strategic individual with deep knowledge of gold loan operations, customer relationship management, and sales expertise within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving gold loan portfolio growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, managing risk, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve the bank's financial objectives.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to promote gold loan products and services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly gold loan disbursement targets while ensuring portfolio quality and minimizing non-performing assets.
• Conduct thorough customer assessments including verification of gold quality, valuation, and documentation to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide expert guidance to customers on gold loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and other product features to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with credit, risk, and legal teams to ensure timely loan processing, sanctioning, and disbursement while adhering to internal controls and compliance standards.
• Monitor and manage the gold loan portfolio to identify early warning signals of potential defaults and implement proactive recovery strategies.
• Lead and mentor junior relationship officers and sales staff to enhance team performance and knowledge of gold loan products.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic planning and product development.
• Participate in market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats in the gold loan segment.
• Represent the bank at industry events, community engagements, and customer forums to build brand awareness and trust.
