Sourcing & Advertising: Write clear job descriptions and post them on job boards, career sites, and social media, while proactively sourcing passive candidates via professional networks

Screening & Evaluating: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates for both hard skills and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination

Schedule and manage interview rounds between candidates and internal hiring teams, ensuring all feedback is collected and organized.

Offer Management: Extend job offers, assist with salary benchmarking and negotiations, and coordinate background checks.

Data & Metrics Tracking: Maintain records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to improve hiring strategies
