We’re looking for a creative, thoughtful, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Fletten.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just make things look good, but understands why a design works and can turn a brief into strong visual communication.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create social media creatives, campaigns, branding, marketing materials, presentations and digital assets
• Develop visual concepts from brief to final delivery
• Work across different design styles, formats and brands
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing and strategy teams
• Handle feedback and revisions while maintaining design quality
• Explore new design trends, tools and AI-assisted workflows
• Contribute to motion/video design where applicable

We’d love to meet you if you:

• Have strong fundamentals in typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy
• Have a good eye for detail and visual consistency
• Can explain the thinking behind your design decisions
• Are comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Know your way around tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar
• Have experience with motion design
• Are curious, ambitious and genuinely want to keep improving
