Crisom Curve is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team on a Remote basis.

We’re looking for someone who can independently manage performance campaigns, analyse results, and lead a team while handling multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Manage lead generation and performance marketing campaigns
• Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates and other key metrics
• Develop performance strategies based on campaign data
• Handle multiple client accounts and budgets
• Manage, guide and review the performance of the marketing team
• Work closely with the creative/content team to improve ad performance
• Prepare regular campaign reports and performance insights
• Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns
• Communicate campaign strategies and results with clients

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience

Strong experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads

Experience managing multiple client campaigns

Proven experience in Lead Generation / Conversion Campaigns

Team management and leadership experience

Strong analytical and optimization skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Agency experience will be preferred

• Indian Clients
• International Clients
