Founder's office (fintech, 20L)

About the Role

As part of the Founder’s Office – GTM, you’ll work directly with the co-founder leading sales & marketing and the Head of Marketing.

This is a hands-on GTM role spanning performance marketing, growth, partnerships, sales funnel optimisation, and analytics.

What you'll own

• Run and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels
• Own creative briefs, spend analysis, and lead volume growth
• Build the organic, SEO, and AEO engine to generate inbound demand
• Explore partnerships with influencers, mutual fund houses, and financial institutions
• Map the entire sales funnel, identify conversion leaks, and implement fixes
• Analyse sales rep performance and improve tracking, processes, and incentive structures
• Build dashboards and reporting loops to understand what’s working and where the team needs to improve

You'll be a great fit if

• You’ve tracked a sales or marketing funnel end to end and can diagnose problems using data
• You’ve run or assisted with campaigns across Meta or Google Ads
• You’ve worked in a fast-moving startup, consulting, growth, or Founder’s Office environment
• You’re comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and messy datasets
• You can take an ambiguous problem and independently turn it into a structured execution plan
• You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning multiple workstreams simultaneously
• You move quickly without needing a predefined playbook
