Job Description

Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.

Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health conditions.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and clinical activities.

Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medical documentation.

Observe patients closely and report any changes in their condition to the concerned doctor.

Follow infection-control, hygiene, and patient-safety protocols.

Educate patients and their attendants regarding basic care and treatment procedures.

Handle and maintain medical equipment properly.

Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.

Respond appropriately to emergency situations and provide immediate nursing assistance.

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the assigned department.

Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and professional ethics
