Job Description: 

Role Summary:

Drive user adoption and business readiness for PLM transformation programs through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.
• Develop and deliver PLM training programs and user enablement materials.
• Execute communication and change adoption plans.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change champion networks.
• Support resistance management and measure adoption outcomes.

 

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in OCM, training, or transformation programs.
• Experience with PLM platforms (Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, etc.).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR or other change management frameworks.
