Job Description:

• Perform mammography procedures as prescribed by the radiologist/doctor.
• Prepare patients for mammography examinations and explain the procedure clearly.
• Position patients accurately to obtain high-quality mammographic images.
• Operate and handle mammography equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper image acquisition and maintain required image quality standards.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and hospital guidelines.
• Maintain patient records and examination documentation.
• Coordinate with radiologists and other diagnostic staff regarding imaging procedures.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of mammography equipment.
• Maintain patient privacy, comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
  
  

Required Skills

• Relevant qualification in Radiology/Radiography or Medical Imaging Technology.
• Hands-on experience in mammography procedures.
• Knowledge of mammography equipment and imaging protocols.
• Good patient-handling and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of radiation safety and infection-control practices.
