• Strong architectural design & planning skills
• Experience handling projects from **concept to execution**
• Good knowledge of working drawings & detailing
• Site coordination and execution understanding
• Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other 3D software**
• Good communication and client coordination skills
