Application Engineer – NX (Mechanical Design)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Skills

Strong proficiency in Siemens NX for mechanical design, 3D modeling, assembly, and drafting.
Experience in mechanical component and tooling design using NX.
Understanding of manufacturing processes, machining, and tooling concepts.
Basic knowledge of NX CAM, including toolpath generation and CNC machining processes.
Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and design standards.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate NX-based design solutions.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers using Siemens NX for mechanical design.
Support customers in 3D modeling, assembly, drafting, and tooling-related applications.
Conduct NX product demonstrations and training sessions.
Assist customers with NX implementation, deployment, and application-related issues.
Provide basic support for NX CAM and manufacturing workflows.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NX solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Travel to customer locations for training, demonstrations, implementation, and technical support.
