Senior Designer

About the Role

Backdropsource is a fast-growing global e-commerce brand delivering custom-printed backdrops and fabrics to customers across the US, UK, and Australia.

We're hiring a Creative Designer to own the visual content across our marketing and product touchpoints — from product imagery to campaign creatives. This role sits at the center of the brand experience and needs strong design instincts paired with the ability to move fast in a high-volume e-commerce environment.

What You'll Do

Campaign & performance design

Design creatives for social media, paid ads, and email campaigns that are on-brand and conversion-focused.

Work with the marketing and sales teams to turn campaign briefs into compelling visuals.

Product & website assets

Create and enhance product listing images and banners for our website and marketplace channels.

Edit and retouch product and lifestyle photography.

Brand & print

Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print assets.

Produce print collateral including catalogs, packaging, and event materials.

Ways of working

Manage multiple design requests at once and hit deadlines without compromising quality.

Track design trends and bring fresh ideas to campaigns and product presentation.

What We're Looking For

A strong portfolio showing range across digital and print design. (Portfolio required — applications without one won't be reviewed.)

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of Figma or Canva.

A sharp eye for typography, color, and composition.

Strong attention to detail and consistency with brand guidelines.

Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality in a high-volume e-commerce environment.

Understanding of product and e-commerce photography basics.
