Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Safely transport patients to and from medical facilities and accident scenes.
  • Ensure the ambulance is clean, stocked, and ready for emergency responses.
  • Assist emergency medical staff with loading and unloading patients.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch centers to receive and report updates.
  • Navigate routes efficiently and adapt to traffic conditions.
  • Conduct routine checks on the ambulance to ensure functionality and safety.
  • Comply with all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
  • Provide a calm and reassuring presence for patients during transit.
  • Assist in the restocking and maintenance of medical and safety equipment.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on emergency protocols.
