Composite Estimation Engineer

Candidate is expected to do estimation for manufacturing of products of composite materialsCandidate should have know how of CAD softwares like NX, CATIACandidate should have knowledge in composite materials, evaluate material required for manufacturing based on the CAD model or drawings provided.Candidate should have knowledge of manufacturing process of composites, tooling, testing and quality requirements in compositesCandidate should know the infrastructure requirements for manufacturing, should be able to identify the space requirement for manufacturing, plan the flow of manufacturingInteract with Material suppliers, tool suppliers, manufacturing team inside and external vendors, testing labs and Quality teamsUnderstanding of estimation for prototypes, limited production and serial production
