Job Description

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the general department, ensuring adherence to health care standards and protocols.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and documenting clinical observations accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring precise dosages and timings to support patient recovery and well-being.
• Implement infection control measures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
• Deliver wound care with attention to detail, promoting healing and preventing complications.
• Offer basic life support in emergency situations, responding swiftly and efficiently to stabilize patients.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, ensuring all patient interactions and care activities are recorded accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
